Obviously any thinking person (which leaves out Husker fans) would say Hunter has a better chance to see a Sweet Sixteen sooner than Bryce. But there’s a reason they don’t play the games on paper Me Boy...!
You're assuming Gonzaga is going to be just as good moving forward? Last year is over, new players, rosters etc. Ask Butler or Texas Tech how hard it is to sustain excellence. We're trending upward, and how this season unfolds is anybody's guess...
Trey will stick around to play with Bryce as long as possible, right? And I think it’s safe to say we’ll NEVER see another 20 loss season as long as Fred is here...
I myself hope Thor comes back. He was one of the original "Bench Mob" heroes that stepped into a starting role on the squad that made a run at the B1G Tournament Title. Debating whether or not he's better than player XYZ is beside the point. You can never have TOO many good players...
I have a friend who's a DePaul alum that tells me Edwards is a straight up Baller. Covid wrecked their season almost to the degree that ours was derailed. Forget about "replacing" Thor, we could have another Petteway/Palmer on our hands...
I heard that on KFAN in Mpls yesterday, funny as hell. You gotta figure tho, Ant Man is only 19 & it’s been AWHILE since A-Rod was a Yankee or in the news...
If we hope to make a jump in the standings or near .500, Bryce McGowens needs to step in day one and be a "difference maker." Breidenbach also needs to be more than just a guy off the bench. I like where Andre is headed, and I believe it's important to build the foundation of the program with High School talent. Especially if you're hoping to achieve long term sustained success.
Osborne got Frost here, not Bill Moos. Hoiberg, sick of the NBA found a "soft landing" where his Grandfather Coached. If the the Pac 12, Mountain West or Cloud County Community College wants Moos, he's all yours...
I never understood why Chief Illiniwek got run out of town, he was hardly a silly caricature of Native Americans. Lil’ Red tho...? He’s offensive on too many levels to count.
Watching UCLA last night had me wistfully remembering when we went toe-to-toe with them & a young Lonzo Ball. That was also the game when Glynn Watson became a Star ️...!!!
