When I graduated in ‘91 out of 1,200 or so faculty members 8 of them were African Americans. Out of sheer coincidence I had 5, it’s nice to see “Diversity” is more than just lip service…

We’re all BIG fans of your type of music around here, but the main idea is just to try to get it on, & get it over with…

Smith’s minutes were limited due to his bum knees, McCray was wildly mediocre & Kavas was flat out BAD. Those guards could shoot it some, but any comparison to this year’s squad is a reach…

Hopefully his injuries aren’t of the ongoing/lingering variety ala Leslie Smith…he’s obviously a foundational player moving forward.

I’ll take your word for it, I was a long time resident who still listens to KFAN everyday & talks with my hoop friends up there on a regular basis. It’s nice to see him & the program off to a good start…

I was in the Barn the night Ray went for 30, easily his highest scoring game as Husker because everybody else was afraid to shoot…

Wow, we were 18-9 (what’s that like) but you have to give it to Jacob Pullen & those sweet sideburns…

We’ve all seen our share of Cornhusker teams that weren’t very good. But you usually had the sense when they pulled on that Red & White jersey it “meant” something because it certainly means a lot to people associated with this University & State. I’m through speculating what ails them, but 8 more weeks like the one we just had is hard to wrap my head around.

He was just on the radio talking about how he was turned down for the Northern Illinois job when the Gophers fortuitously opened up…

It’s worth mentioning, everyone in Minnesota HATED that hire when it was made & frankly is still in somewhat of a state of disbelief.

Tip of the cap to John Cook who’s able to recruit to the same cold barren wasteland that proves to be so elusive to our Men’s programs…
