Pretty astounding that Sam is transferring as a junior. I wonder if Howard coming back and dominating the shots is a factor

Bobby Lutz is putting together the schedule. He has it done in principle except for one game. We'll have the away game at Creighton and an ACC-B1G challenge game (nothing known on this except it was away last year) We're looking at a holiday tournament. So that is typically 3-4 games between the actual tourney games and being assigned opponents. That leaves us 5 games which I have the impression that they will all be home games and won't be Power 5 teams or probably not high mid-majors....we're looking to schedule lighter because it's the first year. I have to look back but he did mention not facing anyone too poor.

The articles I've read have mentioned his family driving from Michigan to see him so us being in the B1G has to be a small advantage over some of these other schools. That being said, it's going to be a tough battle

He's a better 3pt shooter than his juco numbers indicate. He shot around 40% at Charlotte.

Not a lot of offers. We must have liked what we saw recently as he's picked up a couple of offers and is a 'late bloomer' Lanky, capable of defending multiple positions, high motor. Don't see much written about his shooting/scoring so I wonder there.

The end of a season typically ends contentiously on this board. During a coaching change it's particularly bad though the inevitability with Miles made everything easier than the end of the Sadler era. The other big variable that is always at play is what is going on in someone's life. It will pour on here, I know it can for me for better and for worse. Something to think about if you haven't already.
