  1. We're not trying to outrebound teams. It's great if we do but it's not our focus in terms of team building nor execution. We're trying to outshoot teams and not turn the ball over. Shooting was still an issue but the turnovers might have been THE issue. Seems like you could chalk those issues up to inconsistency from our ball handlers/PGs. "Did we address our PG issues?' has to be high up on the list of burning questions for this season.
  2. I assume this is 100 level tickets. I'd assume this is covid related because we're talking about an indoor environment and things changing on a day to day basis. We'll see how many are left and what demand looks like once they open to the general public.
  3. Cary would think you're short changing him.
  4. It's possible this person conflated Velander's shooting percentage with his 3pt %. His overall shooting % was a pedestrian 38.9% because he only attempted 28 two point shots in his entire career. On a side note, Velander shot an amazing 83 FTs during his career.
  5. We're just 6 forfeit wins away from bowl eligibility
  6. Peak Dube blocking and ball handling in less than 5 seconds
  7. It's a satchel
  8. This whole 'band of rag-tag fighters forms an alliance to combat a common enemy deal' seems like a much better strategy than sifting through the remainder of the Big 12.
  9. 2018: Don't like the look of hoods on the practice uniforms 2021: Let guys wear a satchel while playing
  10. Between a former president with the middle name Delano and Blanton whiskey, Dalano Banton is an autocorrection nightmare.
  11. Felt like i was watching this clip from the Natural
  12. He supposed to be arriving in Lincoln today
  13. So did Trev find the short list of NCAA investigations next to the short list of future coaches in Moos's desk on day 1 or 2 on the job?
  14. This isn't a winnable thread
  15. One part of whether or not we might land Simeon Wilcher is whether or not he even goes to college. Just turned down big bucks in high school
  16. The FSU Semantics are #27
  17. It's because Lloyd has looked like the better prospect to this point if I can state the obvious.
  18. We have our 2022 PG in Ramel so we'll see, as that's what we do, how they look relatively in the next couple of years. It certainly could change down the road but I think at this point and time Lloyd is the better prospect.
  19. You don't need much of an imagination if you search through old posts on the site
  20. For those who aren't familiar with "Poku" imagine roughly if Banton was 7 ft, 190lbs and trying to play in the NBA at the age of 19
  21. That's an obtuse way to interpret me laying out what was going on with the Thunder last year for anyone who wasn't paying attention to their organization. They scratched a healthy Al Horford halfway through the season. Roby took advantage; I don't think it was a sure thing the Thunder were going to keep him on for this year. With this year's roster it's likely that the newly acquired Derrick Favors is going to start at center and Darius Bazley will be at PF. Like I said before, the Thunder obviously like Roby's play enough to keep paying him so there is a good chance he's in the rotation and in the mix for starts.
