  1. We were first major offer
  2. That program is going the wrong way
  3. Well put or normy! I'm glad this site came about as I had no where to discuss hoops. I don't remember how I came about it, but very glad I did. I even got my wife to get an account as she wondered why I'm on this site so much thanks to everyone that makes this possible.
  4. Hammond able to play? Or still suffering from concussion?
  5. Another connection is that he plays on the same club team as Pinder.
  6. Andrew White will play in the exhibition game? I don't recall either Petteway or Pitchford playing in the exhibition game the year they sat out. The 29th is the open scrimmage.. Exhibition is early November. Idk if white will play in nov, but he will in scrimmage on the 29th.
  7. Yes it's a real factor for an extremely small percentage of players. The players that this affects is probably less than 5% in reality. There are plenty of guys that were on Nike AAU teams that chose adidas and vica versa. Kansas, Indiana, UCLA, Louisville, Michigan before the Nike switch, etc all have tremendous basketball teams and were able to pull in talent. Many of which were stars in the Nike EYBL. Yes it will influence some but there's so much talent out there that it shouldn't make or break you otherwise you weren't that good to begin with. One of Adidas' top NBA designers was at my daughters birthday party yesterday and asked him about this issue. He said he knows it happens and has dealt with the slimy AAU guys before. He said the only players at the end of the day it gets are the insecure ones that are letting people guide them instead of deciding for themselves. He said he recently spent a couple days with Andrew Wiggins. He was saying how so many people tried getting involved between coaches, agents, etc even in high school and how many were upset with his decision to choose Kansas after being a Nike AAU guy and Nike Canada representative. He said at the end of the day he knew no matter what that the decisions he himself made would be good enough and that if he played the way he knew could that he would be just fine. Now will this factor in at nebraska? Maybe once in awhile but it shouldn't be often. Plus look at recent history and we will see that Glynn Watson (under armour), Ed Morrow (Nike) both highly ranked guys chose nebraska and should continue getting guys of that nature going forward as long as they win. Always love your insight! Awesome post kamdy
  8. Ever hear the story as to why Bernard showed up for practice... Does it have to do with Danny's better half?
  9. Curious to see some film on this guy
  10. Imagine what he could've done with a team that's geared for the tournament 2 years in a row.. Guess he can wait and see what happens at LSU. Congrats to him on the dedication to lose all the weight tho!
  11. Doesn't show anything via mobile device. Tablet or phone
  12. I see where you're coming from put I don't know if he will put rivers in at the start. We will have to see how things pour out.
  13. I would agree with this. It was the best lineup we had last year. Off bench will be Moses, Benny, fuller, rivers. They are going to do everything they can to still red shirt Hammond.
  14. I played with Alex in high school and see him regularly in the off season at the grocery store. Not that I'm creeping, I work for coca-cola and he comes into my Hyvee all the time.
  15. If I were to put up predictions I see him as joining the 2016 class
  16. If we both are successful mark it down like br said. Totally see it happening! Good things are coming and coming soon!
  17. Just a commercial? Wonder whe it'll surface on YouTube?
  18. 247 had an article on him, but I'm unable to read and elaborate for you guys
  19. If you run into the right female companions at a party...it could make a world of difference! Ask Trey
  20. I wish these sounds bites worked on iPads.
  21. If you're talking bigger than Morrow and Watson, I don't know if we'll ever get one of those out of Chicago. Heck, Illinois can barely keep any those elite in-state recruits. we will have to wait and see.. I see miles landing bigger recruits than those two and granted I think they are huge gets. Just my gut feeling. Things are looking up!
  22. Miles is really attacking Illinois and it's only a matter of time that we start to land the bigger names.
