As long as we are discussing players....I’m sick of hearing about how “Roby doesn’t know how good he can be.” He’s a junior. This is not some freshman we are talking about. Sooner or later we may have to come to grips that he is a solid player who is never going to reach his full potential at Nebraska. Part of that may be due to him having to play the 5 due to Miles inability to recruit an inside presence.

There are not lots of games left. Especially when we still have to go to Michigan and MSU. Sure, many more wins potentially on the board. But, these games matter! I said this after the Minnesota choke job. Even if we were to make the big dance these type of games really hurt for seeding purposes. This team should be playing for a 3-5 seed. Not 8-11. But..Miles just doesn’t have “it.”

Can’t imagine this is the consistency that Moos was speaking of. Hopefull Moos has a solid gameplan and if I was Miles I would be updating my resume. This loss is just inexcusable and this team should be in much better position than they are.

Ive never seen you like this! Not sure I like it. Look, this team has enough talent to go on a run an even when a tourney game. But, we’ve been down this road. It’s unfortunate it looks like Miles is going to blow yet another talented roster.

I hope Moos has that list very close to him and is updating it real time. 3-5 in the Big Ten with the “most talent” we’ve had in 25 years. Could it be coaching? ?

Lose this and the fat lady’s pipes will start to be warming up for Miles job status.

Saw on the Rivals board one publication has Nebraska #9 in the Big Ten. Obviously pre season predictions don’t mean much but if we miss the Big Ten tournament again....

Tough loss. My estimation is we will be favored to win 9 of our next 10 games so hopefully we can go on a run.

MSU is just really good. And Izzo is one of the best. Scary to think they had Langford on bench.

Lucky we didn’t lose by +25 with that offensive display. Defense showed up. Need to beat Rutgers.

MSU just not giving us anything on offense. Going to have to make some shots.

Game ball goes to Glynn. Tanner a close second. Cope a distant third. Not sure what his stat line was but Tanner was big on the defensive end. Morgan is one of the better big mans we will see all year.

Huge win. Not willing to give Mich St anything in Lincoln but there is a huge difference between 3-4 or 2-5 if we lose to Sparty.

Going to have to withstand one more Indiana run likely. Keep attacking the rim.
