FWIW, I have reason to believe Bounds is a Miles supporter at this point in time. Regardless of the AD's own views, I don't believe he wants to have to make a major hire in the near future, or engage with anyone higher up the food chain right now. So I agree he would just as soon win tonight and it would be helpful in regard to your concern. I just wanted to make a point about what primarily drives this guy.

He kinda did. While not mentioning Eichorst by name, the comment about "The student-athlete experience" left no doubt that was a shot at SE. Personally I am OK with it, and I wouldn't describe the shots on the Gerry debacle to be "cheap". Could have been done in a separate article, but it was all pretty valid.

Thanks for posting, Row 6. This is a great article on a wonderful young lady. Graduating in 3 years is impressive. Emily represents everything that is right about student-athletes. I love her passion and loyalty to Nebraska.
