Would also like to see Tai practice in Lincoln instead of competing in a watered down summer league. I get he's probably homesick as hell, but he has a ton of work to do in the offseason. Probably more than any other player by far. Tai needs to become a true point, and focus on ball handling and passing and maybe finding a way to average 8-10 per game. I think that's his value in D1 ball right now. I mostly just want Terran freed up from running point so he can move without the ball a lot more next season.
Walt blew me away this season. Much more athletic than I thought he was, and serious upside. I thought Walt showed more learning ability than any other player. Radically different player at the end of the season than he was at the beginning. I'm already piking him as my dark horse player for next season, even over Tai who had a lot more room to improve. If he spends the summer working on rebounding and positioning, and playing with his back to the basket, he could be lethal.
Can't wait to see these guys next year.
