  1. Seton Hall is so deer in the headlights the guy forgot to jump at the tip.
  2. Honestly thought they said Brazdoofis. Thought the name was fitting until I read your post.
  3. Seriously though... How did Nova and Michigan get a 5:30 tip off and how was that match-up not more heavily put out there?
  4. Refs and calls will play a big factor as well then. You usually get the benefit of the doubt at home... but we are Nebrasketball....
  5. We're actually at 37.1% for the year. This is the highest mark of the TM era, and the highest since our '09-'10 squad shot just over 39%. We are at 37.1% despite a really rough start last game, and a cold stretch in our first game I believe. In '09-'10, we attempted 547 threes and made 217. This year we are on pace to attempt 961 threes and make about 357 threes. That would be a net gain in points by +420 in favor of this years team. So in reality, we aren't shooting it that bad so far. We need it to continue to be upper 30's and lower 40's however. We also have a small sample size to go off of for the year.
  6. Allen has played darn well this year, but it isn't showing up in the stats a ton? Why? He is doing the little things correctly so far. That is, going away, the biggest thing that he can do for us. If he can continue to make the occasional three and keep playing the way he is all around, he will be a valuable 5th starter for us.
  7. Agreed. I am planning on doing just that.... I hope... ?
  8. It's very likely that we could go into the Clemson match-up as two Top 25 teams squaring off. Now that would be something.
  9. As of right now... 31-0 is still on the table. 0-31 is not. ?
  10. Honestly, you probably won't see Brady until we get to 8th or 9th off the bench. I believe Tanner is above him right now in the staffs eyes. He'll get his shots this year however... including tonight.
  11. Great question about Jack McVeigh. I would say that he would have been competing with Nana this year. After watching the first two games, I think it would have been closer than we would have expected before the season.
  12. If this guy ever steps foot on a court again, it will be a shame. Wow.
  13. Wisco does look improved... though I don't know how good Xavier is this year.
  14. Only three guys have scored... are they that one dimensional?
  15. Honestly, Glynn has been amazing for this program. He does a lot of things that doesn't show up in the stats. He has given Miles a steady floor general for four straight years, toughed out a few rough years, and he has become a solid leader this year it seems. Glynn is a player that isn't afraid to get his nose dirty. He has been all over this year so far. He is playing like this is his last opportunity and it is. As Jimmy noted, Glynn is leading this team to great things so far this year.
  16. Managed to lose to Ball State and South Florida that year as well, and proceeded to go 3-13 in conference games.
  17. Got within 5 on a GW three with about 4 minutes left.
  18. Another key to this game will be forcing them into TO's.
  19. If I remember right from watching most of both games, Tanner was always one of the first off of the bench. Brady played more, but was in the game at the end of the game for the most part. I don't remember Tanner being in there at the end. From what I remember, we finished each game with Amir, Johnny TB, Costello, Brady, and Thor. With that being said, I think we see Brady a few minutes each half. Right place at the right time kind of guy who will do the little things.
  20. Does a Jinx you owe me a Bud still count if we posted in two different threads?
  21. HUUUGEEEEEE X Factor if you ask me. Think Nebraska at St. Johns last year. First road game and looked like a deer in the headlights. Except PBA is bigger and brighter than St. Johns and SHU has a little more inexperience than we did in terms of maturity of team.
  22. Someone noted on their board that ESPN Game Predictions give SH a 23% chance to win @Nebraska, a 33% chance to beat Kentucky neutral, and a 30% chance to win @Maryland. So maybe we are the tougher game.... I know, I know, a road game vs neutral game has something to do with it.
