Can give you minutes if depth due to foul trouble gets really bad but someone you are going to just hope learns and grows over a couple years before getting meaningful minutes. He has ties to MN and one big concern was inability to keep local kids. The other issue was their AD has hired like 18 white people in a row and a lot thought he was feeling the pressure to hire a minority. Most MN fans don’t like the hire. I usually try not to judge kids who transfer because often times there are so many other things going on that we don’t see or ever hear about. With one and done/ transfers, coaching has to be tough. You try to find your core group and run with it. That is one reason why I am excited about Fred’s team next year. As long as nothing goes funky, we should have the core back with a few additional nice pieces. A top 8 finish in the B1G is not outlandish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes. I agree but I think sometimes height is a bit over blown. Give me a guy who will fight for rebounds and knows how to get position. I also think a guy who is 6’8 and 195 needs to have weight put on correctly so they can still run the floor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My guess is if we add a guy like this, Stevenson will leave. Don’t know a ton about Wilcher but curious how he can play next to the McGowens?
