When Brice took over at point guard for a stretch in the Indiana game, I thought he ran the point as well or better than our two natural point guards have been so far this season. While still being our primary scoring option. That's not a knock on those two other guys. Just a testament to how good Brice has become during his time here. In December of last year, I never would've thought that was possible. He often dribbled into "small spaces", as Hoiberg says. And seemed like he couldn't take more than 3 consecutive dribbles without falling down and/or turning it over. His style of play seemed like it was going to have to be similar to Andrew White's - spot up threes and occasional straight line drives. Now he's got that ball on a string and shows good court vision when he's in that distributor role. Big credit to Brice, and the coaching staff, for turning him into an NBA prospect.

Here's to hoping Quentin Rhymes, Janowski and Frager stick for a few years. They will get developed under this coaching staff. Case studies include: Brice, Keisei, Derrick Walker, Juwan Gary, CJ Wilcher. Could arguably add Berke to the list, but he has plenty more developing to do.
