I think it's safe to say today's 9-2 victory over #1 ranked Oregon St is the biggest of Coach Erstad's coaching career. Christian DeLeon was nothing short of spectacular on the mound and the bats came alive at the right time. It was the first time since 2005 Nebraska knocked off the top team in the country that year it being Texas. Nebraska had 10 hits total scoring five runs on six hits off OSU All-American starter Andrew Moore.

Way to take the Beavs behind the wood shed, Erstad & Co. GBR!

Talk about a wood shed beating, Thats what the Huskers did to the Washington Huskies Beating them 13-3.The game was to start @ 8 P.M. Central but a three hour delay made it 11:15. Then the Huskers were ready to play, standing at the plate with the Huskies still doing warmups in the outfield the umps went to talk to the skipper for the Huskies he told them that they still had 10 mins. to warmup. when the game did start The Huskers kicked Washington's ass scoring 5 in the first and 6 in the second Washington's starting pitcher didn't make it out of the second. GAME OVER :P :P

Play the Utes today.  They went 15 innings yesterday so their staff could be a little thin for today.  Would be nice to sweep the tourney.  Not a good day for the Big yesterday.  Every W will help in May.
