Look at the schedule.  Yeah they've lost 8 in a row but jeez...  there's really only one bad loss in there.

Only truly bad loss in there was Purdue.  Other bad loss is at georgia tech.  Yeah you could argue they should have won at least one of the games against iowa and wisconsin or even northwestern but still.

 

Can't take this one for granted.  RPI in the 80's even with losing 8 in a row should tell you something.

They're really struggling offensively. They're hovering around 40% during their losing streak, and they really don't have a great outside shooter. If we play defense like we're capable, we should be able to notch another W.

I haven't watched them a whole lot, but they're not as talented as last year, and they seem to get selfish at times. It seems like Rice needs to take a lot of shots to get his points. He has been over 44% on FGs only in only one game in B1G play.

There is absolutely no way we should take any game we play for granted. We could easily lose to the Illini. Our margin for error is razor thin.
