Anyone here go to Daniel Tosh last night at the Lied Center?

I do not remember his joke verbatim but it was pretty funny... Some background, Tosh loves coming here but he also loves poking fun at our "Midwestern lifestyle" and specifically Husker football.

He made a joke about our football team finishing "Tied for 19th and a pathetic showing in the bowl game." Then said, "it's no wonder you're becoming a basketball school!"

Haha, I thought it was hilarious!!

I can take him in small doses.  Sometimes I think he is hilariously funny and other times I think he crosses a line.*  But he definitely rips on Nebraska on a regular basis and is proud of it.

I think he is hilarious.  Often on the edge and many times he is way over the edge.  But laugh out loud funny.

His stand up is fantastic.  The TV show is okay to kill time from time to time, but his stand up routines are great.  Was a big fan of him before he "blew up" and became famous.

 

Saw him in Denver and he was ripping on Tebow (at the height of his popularity in Denver) and Carmelo/Nuggets as well.  He loves to poke fun at the city he is performing in and it is cool that he makes show specific jokes for each of his performances.

Lol. C'mon man... Every form of comedy is somewhere represented in reddit, imgur, 4chan, etc...

If you've seen his stand up live you wouldn't make that statement - he's much more than that. I'm pretty well versed in stand-up - he's good.

Fun fact, he's actually buddies with "Larry the Cable Guy". As both of them graduated high school in Florida. So he's well versed in "Cornhusker Athletics."

The teenage rapper "50 Tyson" was a student of mine in Mpls. and blew up when Tosh O. made fun of him on his show.  50 is autistic, and it takes a special brand of D-bag to make fun of "retarted" kids and then pass it off as edgey or clever.
