hskr4life Posted February 15, 2018 Report Posted February 15, 2018 Providence going all Katy Perry. They're hot and they're cold. Quote
hskr4life Posted February 15, 2018 Report Posted February 15, 2018 If the eye test is a real thing...... than we 100% deserve to be in. I have watched a lot more bubble action and I will say that we look a lot better than most bubble teams and even some of the ranked teams that they play. I would take us over FSU AND Clemson right now. Quote
hskr4life Posted February 15, 2018 Report Posted February 15, 2018 Providence beats NOVA and Clemson about to blow one vs FSU. UGH! Quote
OmahaHusker Posted February 15, 2018 Report Posted February 15, 2018 The Providence win really hurts wow did not see that happening Quote

They are now 6-5 in those games. I can sort of understand now why they didn't fall too far after their embarrassing loss to Depaul. Even if Providence loses 3 or 4 of 5 to end the year, they are probably safety in the field. Va Tech losing was helpful and Nevada can really help our cause later tonight. Quote
royalfan Posted February 15, 2018 Report Posted February 15, 2018 (edited) That is because they get a million chances because the Big East RPI are all ridiculously inflated. They also average getting their asses kicked by a whopping 15 per game in Q1 losses. Not a great team at all in any way shape or form. Edited February 15, 2018 by royalfan Dead Dog Alley 1 Quote

HolyBobpilgrimage Posted February 15, 2018 Report Posted February 15, 2018 Catching the late game in the MW tonight, which is a huge one between ranked and solidly in leaders Nevada, and bubble team Boise st (#2). Hoping for a Boise loss at home here. The game is really fast, back and forth with no defense in the second half here. Boise is right there with us in first 4 out so this could be big. Rooting for other bubble teams to lose the rest of the way just to make it easier, but it's inevitable that bubble teams will lose and knock themselves out. Plus were still driving the car; winning out and not getting destroyed and looking bad in the B1G tourney puts us in pretty much 100% Quote

HuskerFever Posted February 15, 2018 Report Posted February 15, 2018 For some reason, I think that Boise State's loss won't hit them too hard. Similar to that of Providence. We've got more work to do. HolyBobpilgrimage 1 Quote
