After a sluggish start, we are looking good.

Tai is a bit frustrated. He has been getting hammered and hasn't gotten a call.

I have had a feeling that past couple days that we are going to get it done tonight. Hope it just isn't a gas bubble. Come on men, let's get this season back on track!

Just an idle thought about anyone concerned with Coach Diaco's salary; three Michigan assistant coaches have salaries in excess of a million dollars each. Wowser. And oh by the way, Michigan is taking their team to Rome for a vacation at, or around spring break.

We should have a pretty darn good team this year...

One if my concerns once Ed gets back will be the stamina of Tai. He is playing a lot of minutes, plus he played all summer. Can he hold up? Hope so.

I would have to believe there would have to be a legal loophole since they do not produce the equipment that is necessary for the health and safety of a student-athlete. I will repeat, this is perhaps the most asinine thing I have heard in quite some time.

They don't make 1/2 size shoes? That is ridiculous. How can a shoe company not make half size basketball shoes? Ed cannot be the only basketball player in the country who requires a half size shoe.

The frustration is that we are in every game. The frustration is that we seem to be right on the cusp of something big. The frustration is with the loss of these close games when everyone can recognize that we are only a few plays each game from being really, really good. The frustration IS NOT with the talent, effort, coaching or lack of a future. So as frustrated as I am, for as disappointed I am; I know, I really know that our future is bright. I am not trying to show a direct correlation, but in 1989-90 our record sucked(10-18), but you could see the talent. We then won a school-record 26 games, with only eight losses, in 1990-91. We are soooo very close this year, can next year be the turn around year???

Hate to see this. A young man taken way, way too soon. Prayers to the family. This is also a hard hit to the Royals team.

Hard to support any one player as "the most important." But we have found that we have not won without Ed. I would guess however, that we would also have the same issue without Glynn, Tai and possibly MJ. Hard to win when you have multiple injuries and/or transfers sitting out as well. Just to make one additional mention, and I hate to write this, but I am disappointed with the growth of our freshmen this year. At this point of the season I thought they would be much further along. The inconsistency and rookie mistakes are taking a toll. If they step up, the injury to Ed would have less of an effect.

Here is one very basic observation, you cannot miss 9 bunnies and win; and if anything, I am light with the number of missed bunnies.

I am trying to figure out how we lost that game against that team. This sucks.

Playing just good enough to lose close. Siggghhhh.
