Example of rhetoric on an Iowa board: Nebraska is a good team, this will be a Q1 loss. Fran isn’t coaching for his job and a down year will happen at Iowa. They just won a B1G tourney title for the first time in 16 years.That said this team is awful. We didn’t just get beat, we got demolished. Iowa doesn’t bring in shooters next season. There’s no shooters on deck. This could get worse. Tony Perkins is not very good, we were all fooled

The camera people were set up as they always are. I have seen other players and other sports make contact with the cameras/equipment and people. Typically there are no injuries. This was a perfect storm. Allison hit hard and at a bad angle. It was ugly.

Agree. He has a knack of yelling while getting into the peripheral vision of the shooter (Sam). He did this on more than one occasion. Some would call this boorish behavior. Some would call it poor sportsmanship. Some would call it a brilliant coaching move. I personally call him a d*ckhead!

Yeah, I just read comments from the Iowa press and team...not much credit given to us. Rather Iowa simply missed open looks, didn't attack, Yada Yada. They are a bunch of dip-s**ts.

Boy that was fun. I love watching us this year ESPECIALLY when we are shooting decently. Nice win!

Josiah is having a good year, as is his team. Petino has found a welcoming home.

Back from the game. That my friends was an ugly loss. We shot poorly and you cannot miss open looks like that against a good team. Michigan had a good game plan that worked well. They shut down our paint and we simply settled on throwing up three's, and again it was an ugly shooting night. Also didn't appreciate hearing Leah Brown yelling an f-bomb while coming to her bench at a time out. Classy.

It could be that they are preparing to absorb a player control foul and then cannot reestablish rebounding position quickly enough.

He looks like a high schooler playing against a junior high team...lordy.

Their center may have had only one official block, but she sure changed a lot of shots that led to a significant number of misses in or near the paint.

Oh...another thing...if I choose to wear my lucky underwear and shirt, it won't matter about anybody else's lucky charms or jinx's!

Back home.....wow! Emotional rollercoaster. Hearing Weidner screaming while crumpled on the floor is at the bottom of my list of things ever hearing again. Just saying. Maggie is a real good one. Great to see Sam doing better. Great having Izzy back.
