  1. Not a good half. We can’t make anything, and can’t stop them. Need a different line-up coming out of the locker room. Lawrence, Sam, Wilcher, Gary, and Mast.
  2. We aren't going to win this game. We have no way of getting open as Wisconsin constantly is allowed to hold all our cutters.
  3. Fouls NW 31 Pur 15 FtA NW 8 Pur 46 I think 90 % of our fans would be irate in that scenario.
  4. eMzX5Ag226fMOiE7NlFRBtUu81TZYZm8ZvZGVznM.pdf (storage.googleapis.com) I use this for a bunch of my research. It was last year's media guide. The results for last year are not included.
  5. Let's look at each road game. Minnesota: Have a 15 point lead at half in our 1st true road game. Minnesota ramps up the pressure and we falter. Kansas State: Dominate 2nd half against a good team. Wisconsin: Our defense was a step slow on rotations and Wisconsin dominates us. Iowa: After the Purdue win, we had about a 1% chance to win in Iowa City. Iowa drained 3's early and we couldn't hit anything. Rutgers: Had the game won until Gary goes out and we can't grab a rebound. Maryland: Didn't handle the pressure at all. The silver lining is the last 2 years, we have played pretty well down the stretch. We were 6 - 3 last year in February and March. This includes 2 - 2 away from PBA. Prior to February, we were 10 - 13. We were 4 - 7 2 years ago. Including 3 - 4 away from PBA. Prior to February that year, we were 6 - 15.
  6. Our defense was alright. It came down to turning the ball over too much and not rebounding. Both those allowed Maryland 20 more shots. Cut each of those in half and it is a much closer game.
  7. Indiana has not played very well. Outside of Illinois, we match up pretty well with all the road teams we play, if we play up to our ability. The problem is we play no where near our ability on the road.
  8. At home Nebraska 79 Wisconsin 72
  9. We did give up 13 offensive rebounds against Kansas State. We also had 22 offensive rebounds that game.
  10. Road games in the Big 10 Minnesota 13 offensive rebounds Nebraska 18 turnovers Wisconsin 7 offensive rebounds Nebraska 12 turnovers Iowa 9 offensive rebounds Nebraska 8 turnovers Rutgers 25 offensive rebounds Nebraska 13 turnovers Maryland 17 offensive rebounds Nebraska 18 turnovers
  11. If you benched everyone who refuses to box out, we would have no one to play.
  12. I'd like to see us play physical on defense, if the refs let them play. We've done that the last 2 or 3 possessions and forced some turnovers.
  13. I feel we need to get the football team to our practice. Let them beat us up for a little bit to simulate the physicality these teams bring us on the road.
  14. It's easy to beat us on your home court. Just pressure the hell out of us. If the refs let you play that way, the game is won.
  15. This is the way all teams play us on the road. They pressure us and we wilter.
  16. Barring a turn around, I think Howard is out this year. The only thing that might save him without the turn around is them looking for a football coach.
  17. We were 15 - 5 in 2010 - 11 by my count. Finished 4 - 6 in the regular season, lost in the Big 12 tournament. Lost on the road to Wichita State in the NIT.
  18. One of the better improvements in the last week was the ability to box out. We had some outstanding box outs this game.
  19. Keisei didn't play in the final 16 minutes. Hopefully, it was because the other guys were playing so well and not an injury.
  20. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice. Shame on me. Fool me three times, just keep at it. Nebraska 78 Maryland 71
  21. I feel kind of bad we have no more games on Peacock. Destroyed Oregon State. Thumped Purdue and Ohio State.
  22. Allen only had 41 in the game I was thinking of. Pike had 42 in the Big 8 tournament.
  23. I thought Allen broke it a couple years ago with 43 or so.
  24. There was also a team turnover for a shot clock violation.
