It's going to be a struggle to score when Minnesota gets away with hammering us. Need to see if we learned anything from Sunday. I figured Minnesota was going to get a run going.

I don't think Minnesota will reach 7 fouls. How is getting absolutely hammered not a foul? Then, you call a foul where Mast goes straight up.

It may be Keisei's reputation or it was a flop they seem to be calling more a foul when the player flops.

For most of these players, it was their first time under bright lights, and we melted. Tonight's 1st half was them losing Garcia, and not being as good of a team as Creighton.

This is the defensive energy I wanted see. Helps to have Garcia out.

I just read where the refs went to the monitor at half, and claimed that was a great call at the end of the half. WTF. They said Brice was not in legal defending position. The offensive guy goes into him! He cannot do that.

The thing is they had 6 fouls in the first 10 minutes. Jake is celebrating saying we have them in the bonus. I laughed thinking they are not calling them for another foul. The next 20 minutes they had 2 fouls called on them, IIRC. To be fair on Greg not getting a technical, they did not give one to Fred when he was rightfully mad. I think Fred even kicked the scorer's table.

We only made 1 less 3 pointer than last year. We did 2 things differently this year. We tried to play too fast (this allowed Creighton to take more shots). We also couldn't clone Walker to handle Krenkmeier on the offensive end.

We just melted down. That halftime chain of events took us out of the game. We cannot let that happen again. The season is not over. Need to play/shoot better Wednesday. Creighton lost by 20 in KC, and came out looking like a top 5 team, again. Need to sweep this week.

I hope we don't shoot this bad the rest of the year. Even Keisei is missing open 3's.
