Petteway needs some time on the bench.

We have held RI to 25% shooting including 0-11 from 3 pt range. We have forced 8 turnovers. Those numbers would suggest we be up by 10 + points. Of course, us shooting 31 % from the floor, 3 - 5 from the free throw line, gave up 9 offensive rebounds, gave up 10 2nd chance points, and turned it over 6 times, we should be down 10 + points. Maybe, it's fitting to have a 4 point lead at halftime.

We can't play more poorly on offense, can we?

We need to start loving the rim, and get some free throw shots. Also, need to start boxing out. We are getting killed on the boards.

Add to that the impressive feat of Huskers being the ONLY program to have the top 15 in attendance in football, volleyball, and both men's & women's basketball this past season! That has been an amazing accomplishment for NU in a state like Nebraska with a population of 1.8M. It should be noted that the blue school in the big O had an attendance ranking in the top 10 as well GO NEBRASKA! The baseball team will be fairly high up in attendance, also. What makes that even more impressive is the fact that for half the baseball games, you have to sit outside in a parka to watch a home game.

I'm not much on the game of thrones. I will NOT watch Coach John "Cheater" Calippari in the finals, though.

IMO, more important was the individual meetings after the Michigan debacle.

There was a play in the Michigan game where the ball was knocked out of bounds. The ref didn't even make a call as to whose ball it was. He just went over to the monitor. The refs are relying too much on the monitor.

Creighton just got Texas'd (I just think I made that word up) Dougie picks up a very questionable 2nd foul.

Congrats to him. He is going to be very tough to replace.

We could get good shots against the Baylor zone. We just missed a bunch of them. Creighton can't. We look much more athletic than Creighton. It really isn't even close. For as much as we rip on Ray for his shot the last few weeks, you have to give it up to him for the job he did on Heslip.

Tai was playing halfway around the world at 17 - 18 years of age. His new competition is some of the best college players in the world. He had a lot to learn. Then, he starts struggling, and his confidence is gone. I think he has the physical talent to play in this conference. Now, he needs to spend a lot of time with the mental game.

Dayton just inbounded the ball in the corner. The Dayton player did two hops off his pivot foot. He falls out of bounds and still got a timeout. I guess that's the state of officiating nowadays.

Did anyone see K-State get called for a technical in pre game warmups for dunking. I knew the rule existed, I just didn't think they enforced it anymore.

One of my biggest pet peeves in sports is this. Baseball is the worst. I can't stand it when an announcer says the players have to adjust to how the game is called. No, they don't. It is clearly defined in the rulebook what is a foul, and what isn't.

He also committed 2.6 turnovers, while Tai committed 1.8. Kirk had a few more assists, but also a better team with better shooters.
