  1. Feels like we will fall somewhere between no one comes back and everyone comes back
  2. Gonna be great at one point in the game when Jervay loses track of where he's at and wonders if Vedral and Banks have been there the entire season.
  3. I'd assume we're looking to add a student manager to the roster.
  4. No surprise but Mack official is also out for the tourney
  5. Great moments in leaving too early 1. David Caruso leaving NYPD after a year 2. Samari Curtis transferring after 8 games
  6. It's had to have been a tough road for Burke because the guy who recruited him got fired and all of a sudden he's a dribble-drive player in a non-dribble drive system. If he decides to transfer coming into this season then he's gambling with his playing career.
  7. That's his base salary. He was being paid $490k. Good on Wyoming for structuring a cheap buyout
  8. You have to wonder how much salary they're willing to offer. As easy as it is to see Tim back in the MWC it seems like getting paid less than his former assistants and getting his teeth kicked in by them would be a tough pill to swallow
  9. BTW the word on the street is that Miles turned down this job prior to it being available
  10. Ha! Missed that one. Has fouled out 3 games where he's played 10, 10, and 12 minutes. Easily leading the squad in 'my bads' per 40
  11. Jordy was Fr 7.3 So 6.7 Jr 9.3 Yvan 3.0
  12. In case you missed this metaphor for the season, Jevray fell off the court
  13. Hoping we can get above the sex panther line for the end of the season
  14. Certainly as if we win you would be able to witness Fred Glass's world shatter in realtime
  15. He was definitely in a slump at the beginning of 2020 and then got it going again so his 5 game average. Overall his shooting percentage has slightly risen but it's been up and down along the way. http://www.barttorvik.com/playerstat.php?year=2020&p=Yvan Ouedraogo&t=Nebraska Speaking of eye bias I was surprised that he was converting at a lower percentage than Jordy who chucked them in at a 44.7% clip his freshman year (Yvan currently at 42.9) Both of them had very similar poor offensive rankings. Yvan will get better but it's more a question of how much and how fast. He's seemingly always going to be limited by his lack of ability to defend the rim and I'm unsure of how much that will keep his shooting percentage down. FWIW Jordy in year 4 is productive as a 10 minute a game guy.
  16. Via UNL (always great when you lead with the number of available scholarship players) Nebraska Post-Game Notes Nebraska, which had only seven available players on Sunday, used its eighth different starting lineup of the season against Minnesota. Four Huskers scored in double figures marking the ninth time in 20 Big Ten games that Nebraska had at least four double-figure scorers. Nebraska was 14-of-17 from the free-throw line, setting a season high in free throw percentage (82.4 percent) for the second straight game. The Huskers have hit 26-of-32 (81 percent) from the charity stripe the past two games. Haanif Cheatham led Nebraska with 17 points, the 13th time this season he has led the Huskers in scoring. Cheatham has been in double figures 23 times this season, including seven of the last eight contests. Thorir Thorbjarnarson scored 14 points and made one 3-pointer, moving him into a tie for 10th place on Nebraska’s junior 3-point chart. Jervay Green added 15 points, his second-highest point total in a Big Ten game this season. Kevin Cross had 10 points, reaching double figures for the eighth time this season and for the first time since Jan. 28. Akol Arop scored a career-high five points and made the first 3-pointer of his Husker career. Charlie Easley grabbed a career-high six rebounds. Minnesota scored 107 points, becoming the first Husker opponent to score 100 points since TCU defeated Nebraska 101-89 in the second round of the NIT Tournament on March 15, 1999. Minnesota hit 18 3-pointers to tie the Nebraska opponent record, while the Gophers’ Gabe Kalscheur made eight 3-pointers to tie the Nebraska opponent record for 3-pointers.
  17. Banton's outside stroke is the difference between him being a good player and a very good player for us next year. After Fred decided to pluck Thor from last year's roster I think you can put a lot of weight into his constant praise for Banton's ability to understand his offense.
  18. Status: Definitely still indefinite
  19. I had Michigan 80 - Nebraska 63. Believe you have me down for a DNP in this one
  20. Did he or McD recruit Melvim Ejim? Monte Morris is about the only other impact freshman in terms of playing time he recruited. In terms of recruiting high school guys I think the important thing for HCFH is finding a guy that can be the foundation for what will be an ever evolving roster. In terms of players policing players not sure if we have that guy yet.
  21. Matt A went to see him play again
  22. That very much depends on if we have a better chance of landing him in 2020 instead of 2021
  23. Feels like we'll know more about where we're at in terms of open scholarships in two weeks or less
