I am so torn. I've stated multiple times that it was post season or bust for me this year. The injury thing though has me reconsidering that just a little bit. But at what point do we finally say "this is it and this is what you have to do"? Obviously those are decisions none of us will be making. At this point in time, I am torn. I could go either way. What do I still want to see the rest of this year? I don't know. All I know is this has been the worst 4 year stretch I can remember watching and that's saying something being a Nebrasketball fan. This year has been different in terms of likability, but in terms of W's/L's that has yet to be seen. I'm sure we will win at least one more, so I guess you could say that's an improvement over previous years, but it shouldn't be hard to win 34 games to this point in time... KU Basketball won 34 games last year alone.

In a year where... possibly... NW, PSU, and Rutgers all make the dance. We shouldn't give up our hope as Nebrasketball fans.

Coming from someone who graduated from KSU.... Huskers live RENT FREE in the purple kitties heads. Seriously, they will cheer when a Huskers score flashes and the Huskers are shown to be losing.

I don’t disagree with a lot of this. I too am weary of coaching searches. But a lot of us said the same stuff when Tim was fired. Grass isn’t always greener, team plays hard, injuries derailed what could have been a good year, just have to find a few solid transfers to fill out our rooster again next year… So while I too am weary of coaching searches, I still want to see this team make the post season or wouldn’t be upset if we looked in another direction at years end. If we weren’t willing to “settle” for a coach who took us to the dance and 3 post seasons, I don’t think we need to settle for one who hasn’t won more than 10 games in a given year for four years straight (so far). Still holding out hope that we win more this year.

I don’t want to hear “well Bando” with this one. We had our chances. Multiple chances. Ughh

This isn’t a team we should be giving up a ton of O boards to. That’s all heart and hustle.

We’re right there. With losing Bando, you don’t miss a ton of scoring punch. But you do lose his D and we’ve been ok there so far.
