Walker has totally lost it with TO's. Goodness. - Gave up 9 offensive boards. Look y'all-- Illinois, outside of their FT%, did not play well. 41%, 17%, 77% and turned it over 13 times themselves. Sure, we were close for a good while, but we should have been. The other team was playing terrible. We're not going to get many more opportunities like this. We need to win the ones we can.

They are shooting 40% and 15% and have 12 TOs so we caught them on an off off night and are still letting it slip away.

I do agree with this. We went through this same thing with Tim and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. As Nudiehard said, it's a tough enough job the way that is is. We should never again make one of our coaches run the program with his hands tied like we did Tim.

How can you not know what W/L record we need moving forward if he's retained after this year? I was a post-season or bust (before injuries) this year. Not sarcasm… but what in the last 4 years has given you this feeling? Like he hasn’t even been able to build a .500 winner…. There are teams with the same number of wins in 1 year that he had in his time here.

Anyone who thinks it’s over already today is wrong. There isn’t even rumblings yet really. At least from those that might matter or who have the biggest voice. I’d want to see how the season plays out first. Unfortunately we lost a golden opportunity this year as everyone outside maybe the top 2-3 in the conference was beatable on any given night. We didn’t beat them… especially early… and that’s going to haunt us.
