It has been a while… and unfortunately we’ve not had many of these convos with football or baseball either in the past few years. Just our one nice year that ended in Arkansas.

To add onto this, I don’t even think fans are that serious about it. I know I’m not. The odds of us reaching even 13-15 wins are long.

19 wins and we’re in no matter what happens in the tourney. 18 and 0-1 in the tourney is bubble territory.

Is this the biggest game of the Hoiberg era? We're currently sitting at 2-3 and this game offers the chance to be 3-3 with our game @Purdue looming. For the first time since the Tim Miles era, we actually have a semi-realistic path to an NCAA tournament. I'm thinking we probably need to find 9 more wins. While 9-6 in this conference certainly isn't easy, it's not completely "out there" either. More than that though-- on a good day, we have shown that we can play with anyone in the conference. Especially with our full staff of available players. We should be at full strength tonight. Can we get it done? Can we turn a corner in this Fred Hoiberg era? For the first time in a long time. I'm excited about a game-- I've got some nerves. I'm not dreading another schlaking at the hands of the Big 10. We COULD do it. Will we? We'll find out in about 10 hours.

My guess is 8 wins to be on bubble outside looking in.... 17-14 9 wins bubble inside looking out.... 18-13

From my understanding-- they are are going to eliminate alcohol at some stands so that they can in turn hire people under 19 to work those specific stands. I read it as "we're struggling to get people 19+ to apply for these jobs, so in order to hire people under 19, we're going to have to shut down alcohol at some stands." If we want more stands open, we'll have to open some stands without alcohol so that those under 19 can work them.

The tanking of Creighton (3-4 since we've played them) and the Johnnies isn't really helping. Combine that with the fact that PBluff, Maine, and our cupcakes aren't doing all that great either. We are where we probably should be. However, it was tougher than our ranking shows I think.

Have noticed that teams have been playing Keisei realllllly tight and not letting him get open for anything. It's created some openness for others, but if you take that part of Keisei's game away, it really hurts his production.

Agree with this. Despite our pedestrian basketball success, the arena as a whole had been a HUGE addition for the city of Lincoln and downtown.

I took it as how had Nebrasketball done. Disappointing there. Fans though. Amazing. Top 10 attendance for a bottom 10 Power Conference team most years. Fan Attendance: A (Self-Explanatory) W/L Record: C- (B- for Miles) (D- for Fred) Amenities: C (Started ok, been rough the past two years. Added beer!) Parking: B (Cold walk, especially if you don’t have Garage access) Intimidation Factor: B (A+ when we’re having success)
