  1. I'm glad they mentioned Scholars!!!
  2. If it is available the information is usually shown on the Husker.com game page. (channels sometimes change for different games. https://huskers.com/news/2021/3/3/mens-basketball-huskers-look-for-third-straight-win.aspx
  3. I happened to see this elsewhere and thought it worth posting: I don't know how this may impact Men's (& Women's) Basketball broadcasts but could affect those wanting to listen to Kent Pavleka & Matt Coatney pbp's. I've relied on Tune-in in the past, because I haven't had nearly as good results with the audio stream from Huskers.com (drop-outs & difficulties syncing with BTN video). Being outside of the range of over-the-air Husker broadcasts, I may have to look into Sirius. @Kent Pavelka ????
  4. "Hyped for November"
  5. I think most folks prefer the paper tickets (hence the athletic dept walking back their transition to all-digital; they are now allowing fans to choose a paper option). I had some experience with digital football tickets last year. After initial trepidation regarding the technical aspects about storing your tickets and, in my case, transferring individual tickets for others, say family members/friends to use, the process turned out to be pretty seamless and easy to use/transfer. I can see where it could be useful for basketball where there are so many more games, i.e. you may not be able to attend every game and want to give/sell your tickets to someone else without having to worry about getting the physical ticket to them.
  6. Thanks for posting the lJS article, Jimmy!!!! Like most everyone here, I've been enjoying Noah's posts since I joined the Board (golly, 2014 ), and following his progress as a graduate student at Northwestern, but was completely unaware of the Back-Story. I'm not sure when the article update was written, but Congratulations and Best Wishes to you both @Noah121!!!!! I'm happy to know you are enjoying teaching at Southeast Community College.
  7. Seems like Stuart Hart, the former strength and conditioning coach, was hired by UCLA for their WBB program in June. https://uclabruins.com/news/2021/6/7/womens-basketball-stuart-hart-named-new-athletic-performance-coach-for-ucla-womens-basketball.aspx
  8. Uh Oh, I'm a lot more concerned about his going 'Zags' than to Creighton.
  9. If you're referring to the 'That's a wrap....' article, last updated 6/17/21, I posted in the "New strength & Conditioning Coach" thread, that article is dated and I just posted it to give some possible context as to what, if anything, may have been a factor behind the new hire. Unless there is some newer information I'm not aware of, Kate Cain is gone, nor is she listed in the 21/22 roster.
  10. Must have something to do with injuries. https://journalstar.com/sports/huskers/womens-basketball/thats-a-wrap-putting-the-nebraska-womens-2020-21-season-in-perspective-injuries-and-all/article_0911fdc4-185b-5fe3-af5e-3f8c286870ca.html I'd expect LJS or OWH to have some sort of upcoming article on the new strength coach.

  19. Former Huskers Jordan Larson, Justine Wong-Orantes and Kelsey Robinson captured a gold medal with Team USA to close the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
