Shouldda been at least a Flagrent 1 on Lyle for slapping Gasser! A non-call, even after reviewing it! Then a non-call on the Block! Seems like Officiating is getting worse before our eyes!

Michigan State / Duke officiating looked pretty poor too!

(The LJS article announcing groundbreaking says it should open in August) Speaking about collegiate hockey, here is an article I saw in Cornnation.com: ( Sorry, I couldn't find anywhere else to post this - Its not a Fall Sport, its not a Spring Sport, and its definitely not Basketball) The article is about Arizona State (of all places) adding Men's Hockey to their Athletic programs (they play UNO just before Christmas, Dec 19 & 20, 2015) and the possibility Az State will be invited to align with B1G (as B1G's 7th hockey team). Didn't Iowa State have a decent season using transfers and JUCOs?

Does anyone know anything more about Pinder's status? IIRC, Pinder originally signed with Nebraska after attending Sunrise Academy, but was placed in a JUCO (by mutual consent) because of grade issues, with the thinking that he would come to Nebraska after getting his associates degree (if we still wanted him). Is he anything more than a verbal commit at this point; that is, could he open up his recruiting if other Div-1 programs started showing interest? If that is so, do we have any insight on his relationship with the coaching staff (was it Harriman who was responsible for his going to Sunrise and then to JUCO)?

P.S. I've read some of the stuff at those places in the parts you don't have to pay for. I hope the paid basketball content is markedly better This site beats that one by 110%, as they say. What we get on the paid site for Nebrasketball is Robin Washut's input--and that's valuable.......... One reason I love this site is the lesser volume of anti-Nebrasketball posters. If that changes much, it could go the same way as the aforementioned "parts you don't have to pay for." Just call us a bunch of 'Sisyphean s' (enough of us will 'get the ball rolling' and just wait until we start down the other side )
