Minnesota loses to Penn State 79-76, so a win over Maryland tonight gives us an off day at the B1G tournament, Right?? (Sorry, see it's already been posted) -
Coach Bill Glassford. It's Not Too Late to e-mail! http://forum.huskermax.com/vbbs/show...101st-birthday _________________________________________________ Coach, Happy 101st Birthday, something few people ever achieve; and may you enjoy many more! I was going to get you two 50-year cards , before I found this one, 100 (+ 1 inked in ). Not for 50 years; But 1950! I was in Jr High and remember your Teams and Players well. I remember going to the town library every Wednesday night to watch the prior week's game film! My favorite player's name was 'Nick Adduci;' I just liked the way that rolled off the tongue! My other favorite players were Bobby 'Wrong-Way' Reynolds (a personal acquaintance), #81 Frank 'Sticky-Fingers' Simon, Offensive Guard Rex Hoy (scored a TD vs Kansas), QB Fran Nagle, Tom 'Trainwreck,' Richard & Ray Novak, Charlie Toogood (my next favorite name), QB John Bordogna, Jerry Minnick, Bob Oberlin and, well, just too many others to name. Happy Birthday, Coach! Thanks for the Memories!

11 for 53 from deep during our 7 game losing streak. Averaging 7.5 threes per game over that stretch and 7 per game for the year. A guy like Petteway should not be taking that many shots beyond the arc. I have to wonder if this is Petteway trying to show scouts that he has the range to play in the NBA. Unfortunately, it's only hurting himself and the team. He has already taken 57 more three pointers than he had last year. For a guy hovering around 30% from deep, that's not good. It would be interesting to know how much time was left on the Shot-Clock when TP was attempting threes!

Looks like the 'Gene Pool' is centered in Omaha!

So what is a "Motion Offense" anyways?

Sorry for the 'Red' Arrow Dean Smith (post #9). Darn twitchcy finger again! I have a bad habit of using my keypad to scroll & its so sensitive that sometimes it interprets it as a click. Admin tells me once you click an arrow the program won't let you 'undo' it. (Won't Someone please bail me out and give him a 'Green' arrow so at least it doesn't show ). I give everybody who contributes a 'Green' Arrow (even tho I don't understand much of it ) -

I can vaguely remember going to the 'Coliseum' (for the State Basketball tournament). Never been to the 'Bob' though (did make it to PBA for the Penn State game last year - we Won!). -
