  1. That's the Missouri State game plan, I think.
  2. I tossed and turned trying to memorize the schedule, planning rotations for next year and triumphantly throwing my arms in the air because we beat the No. 8 preseason Big East team. Oh, and because Crayton is picked to finish ninth in that league.
  3. I think in most games that aren't SW Minnesota, Mississippi Valley and SE Louisiana, you'll see something more like this, assuming there's no foul trouble: Watson 35 Allen 25 Harris 10 Nana 15 Palmer 35 Cope 35 Roby 30 Tanner 10 Brady 5 As you wrote, players the age of Watson, Palmer and Copeland play at least that much in a much more grueling schedule in the NBA.
  4. Give the points. Give the points. O-H!
  5. The last time Nebraska had three senior starters: 2012-2013 Brandon Ubel Dylan Talley Andre Almeida I love nearly every Husker (Looking at you AW3), but you can't compare: 2018-2019 James Palmer Glynn Watson Isaac Copeland It's a new day.
  6. The Big Ten season is going to be entertaining. The league is talented and deep, and Nebraska's right there with the better teams. What fun!
  7. That's it! He needs a mask. And a haircut. The officials won't know who is!
  8. WE WANT CRAY-TON. clap clap clapclapclap WE WANT CRAY-TON. clap clap clapclapclap WE WANT CRAY-TON. clap clap clapclapclap WE WANT CRAY-TON. clap clap clapclapclap
  9. You know those aren't real Seton Hall fans in that corner, right? Just ask one of 'em to turn inside out their sweater so you can see what's underneath. Mm-hmm. Thought so.
  10. Damn. Michigan good.
  11. That is all.
  12. The real question is, how will the new NET selection criteria count the SW Minnesota game because they won't fit into the quadrant system, which still exists? Quadrant 1: Home 1-30, Neutral 1-50, Away 1-75 Quadrant 2: Home 31-75, Neutral 51-100, Away 76-135 Quadrant 3: Home 76-160, Neutral 101-200, Away 135-240 Quadrant 4: Home 161-353, Neutral 201-353, Away 241-353
  13. I'm trying to figure that out, too, but this story says that it does count. This NCAA document addresses "countable" games, and it also says that the game will count.
  14. Will the SW Minnesota game count toward those eight? I'd say we need to win one more to make up for having a DII opponent. That means 9-2 overall, and choose three more from Seton Hall, Creighton, Tech/SC, OSU, Clemson.
  15. FIFY.
  16. Also, my favorite anagram for "Creighton Bluejays": Job Surely Cheating.
  17. That's the Creighton that knows how to dress. VERSUS
  18. Go Big Red! Go, Buckeyes! O-H-I-O!
  19. No. 28 in the AP. 11. MSU 18. Michigan 23. Purdue OTHERS RECEIVING VOTES 27. Indiana 28. Nebraska 29. Wisconsin 31. Maryland 34. Ohio State
  20. Margins of 69 and 52. I fear we'll beat Seton Hall by only 35.
