Staying healthy is always a concern especially with your top players.  Look at what happened to the team after Theriot went down.  Added depth is always good for not only injuries but for match ups.  Take Ostrander for example.  When we get into the meat of the Big Ten she could provide us with valuable minutes off the bench in just playing good defense and rebounding against some of the big bruisers we will be playing against then.  Yori often refers to exploiting matchups as a key to winning on a regular basis against tough competition.  Having a smart battle tested senior even if only for a few key minutes per game can pay big rewards.
