This game completely showed me how valuable an actual post scorer defender to this team would be, and not some 6'8 guy who can bang, a traditional 6'10-7'0 guy we can throw the ball down, slow the game down, and get some simple points, or force some fouls. We need that in this next recruiting class. 

I would love to have a guy like Maric on this team.

+1 or a Elbert Robinson its unfortunate that we couldn't lock that down, he is getting zero PT at LSU right now.

I re-watched the game after I got back from the game.  Upon further review, #21 Zierden hit all three of those 3's on Tai.  Tai either lost him or crept inside and forgot him.  On one play, Tai completely left him, tried to trap, then scrambled as Zierden was wide open near the CU bench.  Those three's just killed us.  Both Tim and Terran said it was their game plan not to let #21 shoot any three's.  Obviously, he shot 6 of them, so that plan was not executed.  At least Tim didn't simply say: "we didn't execute"

I'm not one to give up on Tai, I'm intrigued by his length and athleticism...but I'm afraid he needs some mental adjustments more than anything right now.

I would be curious about our Kiwi poster's opinion on Tai's development here thus far? Are you still out there, or under there, or somewhere today or tomorrow looking at this in New Zealand?
