Volleyball finished off Northwestern in four sets. Glad that the Huskers won, and glad that the 'Cats managed to extend it to four.

Who scheduled a basketball game during a volleyball game? I think it was because of the Joe Cip classic being moved from it's original location in Chicago to Nebraska but still a head scratcher.

Actually based on the one game Shields played, he took Menke's minutes.

This game didn't have a good "feel" to it from the tip. Kent State did a very nice job exposing our many weaknesses. We have to have Gallegos, Andre, Talley and Ubel step up each and every game in order for us to have a chance. With many of our games, that may not even be close to enough, but in games like this, those four need to be golden. In this game, only two of those four showed up.
