Michael Porter Jr from Tolton High school in Columbia MO.  Kid is a 6'6" freshman and reports from a buddy who officiates the area is that those that have seen him say he is the real deal.

plenty of information on him on the web and nothing links him to otto which you'd assume they would especially one article that had all his brothers, sisters, parents etc in that article.

sorry i looked it up, there is a large number of cousins and family members that played some significant ball but that was in a small town in south east Missouri, there was a Michael Porter, and others.
