Markowski And Potts As A Duo

Granted, I have only been following Husker Women’s Basketball closely since around 2010, but I can’t imagine that the program has ever had a better 1-2 punch, a better side by side tandem in the post than what Markowski & Potts will be together next season. Wow! I’m excited to watch it. Alexis was the B1G Freshman of the Year and Natalie was FOY this past season. (Can’t believe she wasn’t unanimous FOY between coaches and media with all the Freshman Of The Week awards she racked up!) 

 

I ask the fans who have closely followed this program longer than I have - has NU  ever had a better pair of post players in the starting lineup than what we’re gonna have next year? I highly doubt it.

Corey Montgomery was Danielle Pages replacement, so to speak when Danielle graduated.  She started the year Kelsey missed on IR.  The next year they went undefeated
