Isn't this a legal gray area if you don't stand to profit? Could be considered art? I know there is a case with Jack Daniels vs a dog toy that bears resemblance to a JD bottle before the Supreme Court right now. 

 

Edit to add - plus if they sued it would put eyes on the fact some randos on a fan site came up with a better idea
