Being underdogs for 30 consecutive conference ballgames is fairly incredible.... just goes to show that the B1G is quite possibly the basketball mecca now that the Big East is going to be diminished in the near future.

Yeah but the ACC will be the best deepest basketball conference soon.

 

They are adding 4 teams in basketball with good to great tradition and current ranking: Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Louisville and Notre Dame.

When it comes to underdog status, I think Barfknecht was talking about this season only.  When we played Penn State last year in Lincoln, we were favored. 

 

Still, it shows we have a B1G mountain to climb.....

This was also the only game of the year to be played at the Bob where both teams were under .500

True, assuming Duke & North Carolina are still in the ACC well into the future.
