If he used the wrong word he certainly could.  The comparison that Dolphin leveraged could very well be considered offensive.  I believe Howard Cosell (for those that remember him) called a wide receiver a name that was similar in nature.  That was sort of the beginning of the end for Howard.

That’s ridiculous.  I realize things aren’t great right now in our world, but it seems like every single thing is “offensive.”  I don’t agree with their decision.
