    I don't see how Petteway deserves POTG. Our best stretch came when he was out with 2 fouls in the first half IMO. Edit: I've been considering who else deserves it, and I'm not really sure there is anyone. Biggs? In any event, instead of giving it to Petteway, it should just go to Ubel.

    They have to wait so many years after joining Div 1 to be eligible, for some reason.

    It's too early to say if he's is our savior or not, but so far there have only really been positives. His players seem to play hard for him and he overachieved last year. Jury's out on recruiting.

    Haha, and women's basketball! I think we'd win, they just seem like a team who can beat/hang with a lot of teams.

    I was embarrassed when everyone was gone before celebrating Miles' 300th victory. Straight rude.

    Michigan showed they're beatable against ISU (not a bad team, though) and, let's all be honest, McGary might be the most overrated player in college basketball.

    I think this team is going to go through a stretch of games where they don't play up to their potential at all and a lot of people get pretty frustrated with them. Keep in mind they're young and nowhere near as seasoned (read: mentally tough) as last year's team.

    You can tell Petteway gets really upset when he gets taken out, too. He seems to truly be a competitor, but you'd like to see him adopt a more team-centric mentality.

    I think the only time an opposing player truly heard the students last year was when the Purdue player had his shorts on backwards. *Sigh* Fond memories.
