Nice to see the XII refs remember how to call a Nebraska game -

It is the mystery of Nebraska basketball how we can always make some deep bench player a one game all-american. -
I had to watch the game on a moderate delay, and when I found the BTN recording on the DVR was MD vs PSU for most of the first half I opened the Fox App and went to the beginning of the Nebraska game but it was also the MD and PSU game, so I rewatched the end of regulation for that game again, but then the app version continued to the OT, it never had the first 13 minutes. It may have been different live, on the app, but the "start from the beginning" app feature was not Nebraska. I have not gone back to check if they added it back post completion, but it is unacceptable that they can't figure out a way to schedule without a third of the game being overlapped.

I tuned in to a Minnesota Duluth vs University of Sioux Falls basketball game at the 5:30 start time, and was shocked to see NOT 37 additional minutes of the prior game (looking at you Maryland vs Penn State.) Somehow the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference ($1.9 million annual revenue) is able to broadcast all NSIC sports on their free website/Roku app on time, yet the B1G with $850 million in revenue from our subscriptions to cable/dish, BTN+, and now Peacock, gives me only 28/40 minutes of a Nebraska game. (To be fair, that's more minutes than the Huskers gave against MN but still...) Fix the scheduling B1G!

At this rate, the NIL money needs to go to fans who have remained loyal through the 21st century. No fanbase has been more dedicated in the face of disappointment than Husker Basketball fans. Hanging on to the "glory days" of 7 NCAA first game losses and one NIT championship.

Officiating is a tough, tough job...I would find it difficult to be accurate and fair. Unfortunately, so do most of them

Living up in Duluth, glad I opted to not pay/drive/sob my night away. T-Wolves look good at least -
Is Hoiberg the coach of this team next year?

I'm trying to see any evidence anyone is coaching the team this year. How about we fire the staff split the coaches salaries and pay player per win? -

Probably best, you only have to watch about 28 of the 40 minutes because BTN can't figure out how to schedule without overlap. -

I did not know all of our players were statistics majors, but the UNWAVERING faith in regression to the mean demonstrated by chucking evermore threes despite missing CONSTANTLY is amazing. -

Favorite Husker Basketball Player Of All Time!
hhcscott replied to BigTate's topic in The Haymarket Hardwood
Clifford Scales was my youthful favorite, just had a way he carried himself on the court. As I age, players like Ryan Anderson, Brandon Ubel, Ade, Tai Webster, and Shavon stand out to me, the guys who do everything, who are always working hard and being solid teammates. -
I'm still in favor of recruiting the 11th and 12th OT from the FB team to come in and set some screens. Doesn't matter the fouls, but some B1G guards will become a little reticent to play tight cover.
-
Gosh...I hope they have all diligently confirmed that their credits are all transferable. I'm concerned that the G League has more roster stability than NCAA teams.

Respectfully disagree. Attendance at PBA, and Memorial indicate a greater degree of commitment than nearly any other program I have seen. When neither revenue sport has been competing for conference championships for 25 years and you pack the joint...

If we want to go back to the root of the curse, we kneed a time machine to Colorado 1986.

OT - Former Husker ABA/NBA Players/Draft Pick

It's because he doesn't know how good his penmanship could be. -
This is the issue...not that refs make bad calls but that they make inconsistently bad calls. The illegal screens, sure but also the foul on the three by Wilcher. The next two Nebraska makes had more contact than Wilcher made...so what is a foul? It can't be an incidental touch at one end but MMA is allowed at the other. One more ref roast before I go, the slapping of Tominaga across the face was not only a foul but should be a flagrant. First HOW did they miss the call, did the gopher poke the ref in the eye first? Second if I can hit a shooter in the eye every time I get beat on a screen, I might as well.

How was Edy's trip of Bandoumel not a foul?
