    Not fair for Aurora, Hampton had a kid that went on to finish second in the long jump in Class D. They never had a chance. Hampton did win the Hamilton County tournament in 1940, but they did not beat Aurora to do so - the runner-ups did. I think Aurora learned their lesson after that and quit playing other teams from the county.

    That was the only game that year where I had to sit up top, since the student section was full when we got there. Apparently it was full due to some f**king C*******n fans sitting there that shouldn't have been.

    Nick Saban told Carter Nelson that he wasn't going to bad mouth any other schools. Then Nick Saban went on to tell him that Joe Burrow wanted to go to Nebraska (geez, who knew) and if he had he wouldn't even be in the NFL right now. Just saying, Nick Saban's words aren't gospel truths.
