  1. It would seem that he's dropped 30# from his listed weight of 2019-20
  2. This is a tough read, he's been through a lot https://www.omaha.com/sports/college/huskers/teams/mens-basketball/while-on-the-path-to-success-ex-husker-dylan-talleys-life-took-a-turn-hard/article_345103a1-36e0-5981-956d-dec6a31838b5.html
  3. Yvan Wheredabulkago
  4. This stuff is easy. Here we go. Eduardo Andre will be an interesting pickup for someone when he transfers in 2021
  5. Randomly i've always wondered if his name is pronounced like 'Wal Chuol Y'all'
  6. Given we play Creighton every year it's like we're in the Gavitt Games regardless
  7. * HHC Matt has entered the transfer portal *
  8. Nebraska fills their last scholarship for 2020-21 with the up and coming 6'10" center. Andre was born in Angola before moving to London at the age of 4. View full article

  10. This is the part not to miss.
  11. In the last two months Dylan has lost 4 family members and his job. There is a go fund me if you'd like to help out. https://www.gofundme.com/f/please-help-one-of-my-former-players-dylan-talley?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=p_cf+share-flow-1
  12. My option is that I'm buying tickets and have no idea what will happen nor what I will do
  13. Hopefully he has the hops to bring them home. My recollection of the Jordy and Moses Abraham era of 'raw ability guys who just need to work on their game' plus most everything I know about the developmental speed of post players severely lowers my expectations here. Given we have two guys who are slotted to play center and our ability to play small ball were basically talking about a gamble where the downside is this guy just transfers after a year (or less, shout out Samari Curtis)
  14. Is Andre a better scorer? It seems like he has Yvan bested in leaping ability and length but I'm finding it hard to evaluate how far along Andre is in regards to scoring against D-1 players.
  15. As in the credibility of Rivals' star system. The point to bumping a college junior is for when you look back at these ratings in the future.
  16. Sir, this nickname has been retired
  17. Yes and no. He's certainly a gamble because who knows how he will develop but he's very much the right gamble for a team like us who is in short supply of rim protectors. Like most last minute guys his potential to flame out is higher than most but maybe this guy will be special.
  18. Would love to see some video him playing in a game and not highlights. Looks like he can be a rim protector and is comfortable driving from outside of the lane. He's not going to get a ball past a guard but if he's playing 5 out he can probably drive a ball past a post player. Not sure if there is an outside shot because all I saw was dunks
  19. I'm hearing that Tulsa could be in trouble here. Once Bill Self sees what the NCAA does to Frank Haith he will return to the straight and narrow.
  20. He plays for Syracuse's TBT team
  21. Not sure if you're joking but reading this piece in a vacuum it reads as a pro-Nebraska piece that illustrates how the Huskers can be successful without a traditional center. Recruits pick schools or don't pick schools for absurd reasons all the time. Doubtful it was the deciding factor but it seems pretty plausible that Kenya still keeps tabs on Nebraska and used that information to fine tune the sell of why to not go to Nebraska.
  22. Wiznitzer isn't as highly regarded but his ability to shoot from outside seems like a better fit than Sanogo
  23. Sometimes you just don't land kids.
  24. Feels like Sanogo has been the guy that they were hoping to land
