  1. You are buying tickets for 3 games
  2. If we played this game in Omaha it would be at least a neutral court game and you'd figure roughly the same attendance
  3. These guys are understatedly good and have a pretty good shot of winning the ASUN in their first year in D-1. Their offense is FT dependent so we get the wrong set of refs in here and we will lose this game.
  4. Me: This is so dumb Also Me: I have purchased tickets that include $10 worth of ticketmaster fees to go to this deal They aren't even selling the upper level tickets. All lower bowl and all the tickets in the world. There are a bunch of 2 for 1 tickets now available.
  5. Dangerous team with 6 days to prep for us
  6. You can get one month of ESPN+ for 9.99 If you have the right plan with Verizon, you might already be getting ESPN+/Disney+/Hulu for free
  7. I'm not able to make this one. This is where the Griesel family will be pregaming though
  8. He wasn't a volume shooter at South Dakota and he's not one now at Creighton. He's an elite playmaker being used as an outside shooter because Nembhard is the PG. In his spare time he's an elite rebounder and definitely a NBA prospect. I get why he ended up at Creighton but it's one of life's ironies that the better fit and perhaps even the better culture was at Nebraska.
  9. Our SOS will be just fine regardless of whether Creighton wins or loses the rest of the season
  10. Agree with this; there are always dudes. The thing Nebraska seems to have is a blueprint for the type of team they want to build which makes identifying the right players easier and for the most part it's not just the guys that everyone else wants.
  11. Notes from UNL Nebraska played its first overtime game of the season and its first overtime contest since Jan. 2, 2022, when the Huskers lost to Ohio State. Nebraska held Purdue to a season-low 1.03 points per possession. Purdue entered the game leading the nation in offensive efficiency. Nebraska’s bench outscored Purdue’s bench 23-15. The Huskers’ 23 bench points came after Nebraska got just nine bench points in its previous two games combined. The Huskers pulled down 44 rebounds against one of the top rebounding teams in the country. Nebraska is the first team to record 40 rebounds against Purdue this season, and entering today, the Boilermakers had allowed only 41 rebounds in their previous two games combined. NU had a season-high 19 offensive rebounds, its highest total since recording 21 offensive boards at Illinois on Feb. 2, 2019. Despite playing an extra five minutes, Nebraska had a season-low nine turnovers in the game. NU limited Purdue to 39.7 shooting from the field, snapping the Boilermaker’s streak of eight consecutive games shooting 44 percent or better. Nebraska had a 10-0 run in the second half, which tied for the longest run by a Purdue opponent this season. Purdue’s 20 free throws were the most by a Husker opponent this season, as entering the game no Husker opponent had attempted more than 15 free throws in a game. Keisei Tominaga scored 19 points off the bench to lead the Huskers in scoring for the team-high third game this season. Tominaga has scored in double figures off the bench seven times this season. Tominaga was 4-of-8 from beyond the arc, marking his fifth game this season with at least three 3-pointers. Derrick Walker posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Walker, who has scored in double figures in a career-best eight straight games, produced his third double-double in six games this season and sixth of his career. Walker was 7-of-13 from the field. Emmanuel Bandoumel had a season-high four 3-pointers and finished with 14 points, reaching double figures for the sixth time this season and the second game in a row. Purdue’s Zach Edey was held to a season-low 11 points, snapping a streak of eight straight 20-point games.
  12. Realized I had a count but not a detailing. Off week was a nice place to find time for this.

  20. They turned him into Ray Gallegos and it's a waste
  21. We're picking cherries, not corn here.
  22. It's still too early to make that kind of call either way. Generally seems more possible he returns than at the start of the season.
  23. The refs at the end stuck out but not as much as missing the front end of two 1 on 1s and that sequence where we gator armed 5 straight shots off 4 offensive rebounds.
  24. Tim Miles tourney team at the end of year 2 has chucks of this Hoiberg team in its stool
