  1. Wow can't believe I forgot him, jeeze my apologies, Yes 6th man for sure
  2. I need to get back to the Alma mater and catch a game haven't been back to Papillion in quite a while
  3. 1. Roby 2. Glynn 3. Horne/Copeland (switch if Copeland is close 90%) 4. Ed ( some coach get him in the gym and starting shooting 15 footers) 5. Jordy (big ten watch out) 6. McTrey 7. Nana 8. Gill 9. Taylor 10. Palmer 11. Fuller 12-15 walk ons who could possibly contribute which is nice. holy crap we're deep lord that's a treat. I like ROBY at Point Foward, and Glynn as the primary scoring threat, take the distributor mentality off his plate and I think he's even a better player
  4. I did a double take, I was like is that Tanner? Happiest I've been in awhile to see a walk on
  5. that last foul was trash, that missed bunny hop travel was egregious and something we always seem to get called for.
  6. even his mistakes on offense dont frustrate me, he dosnt travel much which is a good notion that his feet are in proper position and can pivot well, his mistakes on offense are something that will be addressed this offseason.. his strength, and summer in the weight-room, he is only going to get leaner and stronger, and the touch will stay, teams wont like him much next year, and im pretty confident will be cursing him his junior and senior year. My only request is on some of his fouls, he needs to foul slightly harder but that could be said about of lot of players, a slightly harder foul, and those and1 gifts dont happen.
  7. It's a good crowd today, coming through really well on TV and as always I like BTN camera angles, they do a good job of presentation
  8. Back to back possessions were I don't understand what Watson is doing with his help defense, leaving open dead eye shooters, where his help on the ball would of been negligible regardless
  9. i've worked security in the past, and still work security for games, i cant go into to many details, but its a ever changing battle to determine how to let students have fun without going to far, but not ruin the fan experience, its something were always, always working on.
  10. Lol I like the passing and the utter disregard for his own body, but his teammates man....how to be nice about this ?
  11. Wow....excuse my language but holy shit.. some notes - I enjoy hostile PBA, that 2OT had ridiculous energy - Glynn Watson was feeling it, and we fed and fed him - Tai as always the rock and steady of this team when plays were needed he found them. - when jeriah shoots I believe every single one is going in, I really like that. -good minutes for Jacobsen - things I dislike (fans leaving tied up in the last two min, Fran, the refs, Evan Taylor being possessed by the spirt of Nick Anderson from the eastern conference finals in bad way) I LOVE THIS TEAM, so gritty reminds of those grit n grind grizzlies teams
  12. still below face value, and the fee's they add on when you buy directly from the university.
  13. Yea I bought 4 last night $6 a piece
  14. I have a thought on #1, but i think no doubt, #2 is Tai or maybe even Jeriah, with backing of guys like Morrow, Taylor, and Jordy.
  15. I've always had a good feeling about Tai, he fought through his struggles and his development is simply amazing, I mean even the most arduous supporters including myself were nervous about could he take on significant scoring increase like we'd need not only has he, but 2nd team and outside shot at 1st team all big ten are in the realm of possibility
  16. He is flashing some draymond green/kris Jenkins(Villanova forward) I'm digging the versatility he brings, if he can develop a low post game watch out
  17. Jack needs to shoot those threes on the ball rotation, if isn't we can go back to a 8 man rotation, he's been on the floor for maybe 120 seconds and I'm just not seeing an appropriate sense of urgency from him
  18. http://gph.is/2gq0Fbm big win for the squad tonight, beating tom crean is like double Christmas
  19. i was working the game, attendance was sparse throughout the building, from the action i did see, we looked ok, but still issues in transition with finishing, still issues with our interiors putting the ball on the floor in the paint (along with their wrist/hand strength this is so maddening) and glynn having some tunnel vision. But we captilized on some good looks and overcame some silly mistakes for a much needed W
  20. at this point im perfectly comfortable with McVeigh coming off the bench and Roby taking his spot, were not a great offensive team when he is in, and his defense i still feel is a liability, Roby is a better distributor already, becoming a better rebounder, and i feel helps are team defense greater, by taking pressure off the guards on the wings, and helping ed/jordy, MJ/Jordy by being able to slide over on the interior for his weak-side blocks.
  21. Lot to like in a loss for me: -Jordy looked like he's getting it, and getting it ahead of schedule this is without a weight room program. Good things ahead - Gill kinda woke up which is nice - Morrow is going to start up some talk for a all big ten 3rd team this year, his offensive development is a blissful surprise - Tai is lookin for 1st team all big ten and if he continues to develop will be cashing checks in either America or in Europe rather than the hometown contract we all thought was his ceiling - Watson, Webster, Roby, Morrow, Jordy needs to be the starting five as others of said that is a best defense/offense combo
  22. Man I know what offense mcveigh can provide but right now I'd rather see he and gills min go to a combo to Roby/Horne/Taylor, say what you will about Taylor at least he isn't a liability on defense and knows we he isn't, Gill isn't looking to score, makes James Harden look like Bruce Bowen, and scared they daylights out of me when he has a to be a decision maker on offense. I'd like to see them feed Jordy in the post more, mcveigh missed him a few times. Tai is a stud nuff said, wish we could've gotten this one for him
  23. So that on the opening Camara pan, jayskerz couldn't help themselves
