  1. Yeah totally...me saying we will be fine without Jordy is so out of line and not a “good” thing to say.
  2. Now now...let’s not facts get in the way of really blowing this out of proportion.
  3. None of the above from what I heard. Unless you count family issues as his family blaming Miles for his lack of development. That’s what I’ve been told is the source of Jordy looking to transfer.
  4. Not sure what that is in reference to. I was pissed Ed Morrow decided to transfer.
  5. That’s great. He may be good next year or the year after. He’s not good right now though. We will be fine without him.
  6. And the PBA rims and backboard rejoice. Bad basketball player but will certainly hurt our depth going forward.
  7. With the win our RPI went up three spots. Just illustrates that with a down Big Ten it's probably going to be a tough hill to climb in terms of SOS and RPI. With that said, if we can put enough wins on the board I think it will take care of itself. Winning @PSU would be a nice start in getting us into the bubble discussion.
  8. Hate to play the what if game...but I can only imagine what this team would look like had we landed Elijah Thomas. That dude is a beast and exactly what we are missing at the center position.
  9. It's fun to look at I suppose but at this time of the game guys like Lunardi are still throwing darts at the board. Baylor in the last 4 in? I'm not sure what of Baylor's #121 RPI and #154 SOS really impresses Joe.
  10. http://www.barttorvik.com/team.php?team=Nebraska&year=2018 T-Rank is basically a poor mans KenPom but still very useful. Has us at 17-14 (8-10) overall.
  11. It wasn't an issue last night...but we really need Roby to stay out of foul trouble going forward. It will be interesting to see what Miles does going forward at the five position. I think it was about the 12 minute mark in the second half where Jordy once again committed a bad turnover and he was never to be seen again. I would not be shocked to see Jordy on the bench for the foreseeable future as at this point he can't be trusted with the ball in his hands.
  12. The Big Ten is not going to do us much favors in terms of RPI this year. It's probably crucial we beat teams like Rutgers/Iowa/Indiana. With that said, I can't imagine we get left out of we find a way to win 11 Big Ten games in the regular season. Last nights game was huge as I think we will be a very tough out at home. Probably won't happen but I don't see why this team couldn't win 8 Big Ten games at home.
  13. RPI up to 75. Winning @ Purdue would give us quite the jump.
  14. How many points did Palmer have in the second half?
  15. Palmer woke up for the second half. Also, we seem to be a MUCH better team with Jordy on the bench. Time to close this one out.
  16. What are the chances Miles runs an actual offense in the second half? Probably too much to ask. The panic with seconds on the shot clock was old years ago.
  17. UTSA threw up a lot of shots that well...I would be happy with just about any team taking and they were going in. But, our on ball defense was probably the worst thus far this season sans maybe the St Johns game. But, we won despite it looking like we really didn't want to be there. I know you have to play the cupcake games but it would be nice going into the Big Ten with our RPI around 50. Unfortunately the next two games is going to drop us down some.
  18. Not anything to do with the actual game....but is there any reason for those UNI's to not be our main home uniforms until the end of time?
  19. I think you mean 5-0 is possible? Considering the two big ten games are on the road it's more probable we go 3-2 as opposed to 5-0 IMO.
  20. RPI went from 50 to 73 after that loss. Would woulda thunk that.
