  1. That’s a very good way of stating his struggles. It’s also unfortunate we have no lob threat.
  2. I’m starting to wonder if he’s just not good at lay ups heck of an effort from Ivan the last few games. Happy to see that
  3. Pretty safe to say he will likely be in the transfer portal in the future.
  4. Let me rephrase it. He won’t leave unless he’s asked to. Wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense to sit a year to play a year unless he wanted to transfer down a level
  5. Think Texas is tired of getting “Shaka’ed”
  6. Burke I’m guessing will graduate and be able to grad transfer if he wants. Ivan or cross or likely both will be looking at less minutes next year. Never know on Arop if he gets buried on the depth chart like he was before Curtis left and kavas got injured. Only two guys I would say for sure come back are easily and green.
  7. I have no clue, that’s just how things work these days. Plus we are Nebraska, guys we think are locks to return when seasons end find a way to end up leaving.
  8. A few of these guys are likely not gonna be on campus in ten months
  9. I don’t think we need either to be “world beaters” more so just capable pieces of the rotation. As long as Mack,Thor, cross,Ivan come back next year our rotation should be pretty solid I think
  10. The idea of a husker making 8 outta every ten free throws they shoot seems like a dream. To think teddy Allen might be able to make 9 outta every ten has me giddy.
  11. Let’s hope he doesn’t end up at Minnesota or in the big ten at all
  12. He’s a pretty fluid player the way it looked while I was watching
  13. They deserve more playing time because we haven’t won in a month and they both “should” be back on campus next year. I can’t say say i see them ever being more then role players though. On a competitive team cheatham would be a good role player. Do you see easily or arop ever being better than cheatham in their careers?
  14. Cam is a very good player for us, long ways to go before he would be able to even crack an NBA roster much less an NBA rotation
  15. Very true, it’s why I don’t get some of the bad mouthing of Ivan and cross. Both will be much improved next year as long as they return to campus. Ivan just need to develop some hook shots and floaters around the rim. Cross is basically already what we want on offense, just needs to become more consistent.
  16. Quite amazing Thor has went from a guy I couldn’t believe we were gonna use a scholarship on too the guy I have the most faith in on the team. A true testament to what hard work and effort can do for a player. Not to mention the affects of good coaching
  17. Might have to consider playing Thor and kavas a lot more together just to get more shooting out there on offense to open the lane for Mack. Kavas is slow but held his own tonight on defense. really nice team defensive rebounding in second half too.
  18. They are wide open shots that he has to take in the way our offense is currently structured. Just unfortunate they aren’t going in tonight. If only Roby woulda ever let it fly at the rate cross does
  19. Well he is a freshman that didn’t come in highly regarded and plays out of position every night....
  20. We are just very sloppy for a team that doesn’t have a very sloppy margin or error. Stinks that our roster construction basically throws Yvan to the fire all year. really starting to look like the B10 spotlight is alil to bright for both Burke and green to me.
  21. He would probably still get abused some nights but I’d be interested to see cross not having to play defense on opposing fives every night. He’s by far the best freshman I can remember us having in my decade of following this team.
  22. Really thought he would be a better version of mcveigh but looks like he might be a worse version. Probably shoulda used this scholarship to keep heiman the way it looks
  23. Went from going to possibly the worst run franchise in the NBA to a team with atleast a direction in the mavs. Should be a good role player if he can crack the rotation. A lot easier to root for the mavs than the pistons too
  24. A Matz stockman type center would be a wonderful fit on this roster. Not a guy who has to see minutes every game but a guy who could get you 4 points 4 boards 2 blocks in 12 minutes of play type
  25. Did not realize arop and Cheatham were the same size...
