Nope. San Diego has been my home town for the last 12 years. And I have to believe that my hatred for Creighton is so strong it will propel those young men of SDSU to a win today.
Silver lining - if they do win it there's a good chance most of their fans will be smothered in their sleep from the wieght of the increased smugness they will now carry with them.
I wonder how this will affect the sport, concerning being a fan, into the future. The reasons I personally grew to love it are no longer there. Is the next generation of fan going to be able to foster the same type of attachment? The hooks are already in for me and the rest of us.
Another question since you seem to be very well informed on how all this works. Somewhere on some thread someone mentioned the possibility that the rules regarding student visas changing so foreign players can accept NIL money. Do you know anything about this?
Outlandish tea leave reading ahead --Maybe this means Tominaga is leaning towards staying. With him, Lawrence, Lloyd, and heck I'll throw in Hoiberg maybe he doesn't see a good path forward here as far as playing time is concerned.
I feel like if we can get another we can say we have a consensus. Bubble = In or we got screwed. As it pertains to the criteria - What does Hoiberg have to do to keep his job? As it applies to those who are stating the "Bubble” is the "minimum" for Hoiberg to be retained another year... Next year. Clear as mud?
I’ll answer for me. Last 4 out minimum. My guess around 20 wins. If we don't make the tournament it better feel like we got robbed. Which is not unfamiliar around these parts
