i appreciate that this is the best effort i've seen from them since nc st. and the start of the run of death. novv vve gotta see if they can close out a tough game. vvith their penchant for critical mistakes, that's a lot to ask. but that's the price of vvinning in a premier conference.

that last play by bryce sums up the season. make a good decision to pull the ball out, and the second he touches it about 90 feet away he can't wait to huck up a shot no sentient being should take. good decisions neutralized by bad ones. constantly.

OSU looks like a team that hasn't played in awhile. Probably the best chnce anyone's gonna have this season to take them when they're a bit down. and they get the perfect "get well soon" draw. honestly, even a mediocre team should beat them tonight. so let's see if we've least got that gear in us. i'l even be nice to them all week. at least they're hustling more than they did early, so there's that. I can live with a lot if a team's trying.

this team has absolutely no vvork ethic without the ball. you can see it in rebounding or any loose ball work. while some of us are ready to move on from the hoiberg tutorial session, i've increasingly wondered about how the culture in place is going to effect another transition. this is far beyond winning and losing. it's about how you think a team should play the game.
