If we upset anyone ranked at home this season-and let's face it, we're down to I think only about 3 opportunities--I would pick Michigan State. It's the best remaining matchup for us.

Given what we saw of Ray as a freshman and the unusual move to redshirt as a sophomore can lead one to that conclusion. I didn't think he'd have the year he's having either, and I think that was a reasonable conclusion based upon what we saw. Ultimately, all of us are flying pretty blind as fans anyway, so the lesson here is probably not get married to your opinions.

strange game. one of the few times I was hacked off at ubel over the last couple of years. Those last two fouls were really crap plays and there was too much time left to be that reckless. We weren't winning anyway, but his absence is a big deal. I expect more from him, and maybe he was due, but still. just one those nights.
