rematches suck obviously, but im not so sure i'd want illinois more than say iowa based on the fact that the tourney is already sold out and whenever illinois plays in the united center its orange everywhere so i'd opt out of the home court advantage game in favor of a rematch if it came to that scenario

Talley based on last year he was nothing more than a role player and i never really saw him being anything more than that even though we knew he had to, combined with him moving to point which i never pictured. he might be the hottest player in the conference right now

the first memory i have of the bob was the 2002 kansas game when CBS switched to it for basically the whole 2nd half since #1 was getting pushed to the limit by a nobody and we made 3 after 3 after 3 and the place was losing its mind of course and then keith langford hits a cold blooded 3 with like 20 seconds left to go up 88-87. that game got me hooked since i only cared about the football program growing up and there was wilson thomas getting some minutes etc..still wish i get a copy of that game. as a sidenote, am i only one who loved the basketballs at the foul line and the area inside the 3 point line painted in red? then a few years later pulling some strings on a trip out there so i could shoot some shots on the court, then a few years after that having doc let us come in his office and just kinda hangout. then obviously sitting in the redzone heckling players, coaches, and programs that you grew up watching when they were just feet away from you. being on tv more times than i can count, being a part of 4 court stormings and then graduating in the building 2 months ago

There is drunk fans everywhere. I don't take what T.O. said seriously. I don't think Bball fans will be bad. heard them break out into "f*uck the hawkeyes" chants pretty frequently...regardless, im sure they are all tame compared to maryland

Not sure if posted elsewhere..anyway, the game will be on btn2go which you can get over the phone, computer etc for those of us not in the neighborhood..no idea on a possible replay on tv yet though

have heard of UNC, GT for sure and maybe UVA but i still think kansas would be attractive even though that wont happen...my only fleeting request for realignment is whatever number you have in mind, 16, 18, or 20+ just get it done asap. i dont need to see conference schedules & divisions get flipped around for when teams 15 & 16 come in, then 2 years later we have to change it again for 17 & 18 etc

yea oklahoma state in 07 and oklahoma in 2010 that was played the same day but tipped at like 7 instead of 1:30 or something since they couldnt get in on time with an ice storm

They said on KFAB this morning that if the game was moved to Saturday, there would be no TV. its still possible since the official release said tv is "to be determined" or something like that. if they get the espn guys here and the tv trucks, i dont see why they couldnt put it on espnnews since they only show sportscenter every hour saturday afternoons and use that for overflow of games that are just starting anyway

i'm assuming tv would be called off since all slots are already filled like 2007 okie state and 2010 oklahoma?
