I will be a fan forever even if he ends up at Creighton. Thanks Mr. Wilcher!

Is this a good hire? Anxious to hear thoughts.

anyone have any intel on Fidler? I really, really want him. I can't believe how much more athletic he seems to have gotten.

I watched my first Husker basketball game ...

I started getting into Husker Hoops the year we lost to Western Kentucky. Money was tight for my folks back then so we didnt have the proper channel to watch it at home or maybe needed satty. Anyway, dad got us a room at Ken's motel in Aurora to go watch that one, That is my first real memory of Husker Hoops. -
I think the rafters could only sustain so many bricks

My brain is telling me that typically the one seed gets the earlier of the two game session. Could be a made up thing in my mind though.
-
Obviously there are ways Iowa st could be or could have been a one seed with that schedule, so that makes no sense.
-
I think so many are not current that it is not useful.

Allick was sensational tonight! -
What should Nebraska's real seed be?

Incredible how that is harder to do against great teams. -

With collier on the selection group I won’t rest easy until I see our name on any line. -
Omaha with one of the worst performances of handling an alumni tourney zone ever to lose that game, horrible coaching. Still want fidler.

Frankie Fidler was spectacular. If he is looking to upgrade levels I am in.

While I understand your fascination of the perception of the q1 rank, I am confident that it is wrong. In addition to it simply making sense that a q1 loss is better than a q2 loss, there is also the dynamic that if minny drops down then someone else is then up a quadrant. This gives other bubble teams and teams we are competing against for seeding more q1 wins.

Another spot where being old helps.

Way better chance of a 15 winning than a 16 as well.

I am with you but afraid the fact we aren’t playing a highly rated Wisconsin team will naturally make it an impossibility to redo.

We need to have Gary not taking high leverage threes if possible, especially early in the shot clock, -
Why did it work this year? What's different?

One important thing is the ability to feed the hot hand. We have done a great job of feeding that guy and we have several who it can be that day, I think we are overachieving to an extent as well. -
No time to get lazy now my man! I am superstitious:)

Seems like a personal choice on how much one values their senior year of high school. We all know how much we would or would not, but that doesn’t really matter.

Good point on the pace. I think one could argue that an elite efficiency team playing at a drastically slow pace gives them a much larger chance of losing than one that plays at a pace with many more possessions. Therefore, I think one could also argue that score is enough to he used in calculations that matter. I love looking at the efficiency numbers etc. just not sure they should be used in the key calculations that are being used, due to the curb stomping effect in games that is not good for college basketball.
-
Not sure why efficiency metrics need to be included in calculations that are used anyway. Seems the score paints a pretty good picture.

Baylor beat TCU by the way 62-54.
