cipsucks got a reaction from Cazzie22 in Nebraska (17-12) vs. Ohio St. (16-13) Game Thread
After the game on Saturday, I told myself I'm done for this year. We get peacock, not sure if I'll watch. No Kugler, so we might have a chance.

I think about tcp. Maybe a good thing he's not witnessing this last month and a half.  On the other hand, tcp might mean The Cornhuskers Prevail. One never knows...

Bugeaters was nice enough to let me take a stroll down memory lane.  It's always fun to do a game thread.

I have a very strong feeling this team has a run in them to finish the season that no other Huskers team has ever had. Sure, we won the Big 8 tournament, but we petered out.

So many years, so many disappointments. Not this year. GBR!

The NCAA really messed up when they labeled them play in games. They made those 4 teams red headed stepchildren.  By their logic, when the field went from 32 teams to 64, in 1985, that first round should have been considered play in games.

Winning in a 68 team field is no less honorable than winning in a 64 team tournament.

Just win, Huskers, and this discussion is moot.

The 23 minutes, 10 points, and 7 rebounds were all season highs for Braxton Meah

That was our biggest comeback in the B1G era. (20)
We've had a couple of 19 point comebacks at home  - Wisconsin last season and Iowa in 2013

Upon further research, the 20 point comeback ties a school record

I have an attorney friend who does that. He's not sure if he's coming or going. 😉.
Nice frickin win today.  Looking forward to Wednesday. Penn State is in my top 3 of programs I despise. Not just in the B1G, but nationally.

A quick update: we were under the impression when the first two lymph nodes tested positive, they then removed two more. We were wrong. They actually removed 20 additional lymph nodes. Got the results back this morning. All 20 came back negative! Thank you all for your prayers! Got a good feeling about tonight's game....

    Hey guys,

I will come up with another contest this season, but I'm not sure what or when.

I wasn't going to say anything, but Mrs. Cip told me she posted this on her Facebook page, so I guess that gives me permission to share.

I didn't watch any of the Washington game. Had to get up at 4 am Thursday to take her to Bryan West for a double mastectomy. They took 4 lymph nodes also, finding cancer in the first two. We have to wait a couple weeks for results on the other two.

Why am I sharing this? To give people hope. We will win this battle. Just like we will win the MDS battle with Seth. Typically, life expectancy with his battle is 7 years from diagnosis.  We just started year 15.

When I said we will win this battle, it's not us winning, it is that God wins! So far, He is undefeated. That's why I'm so confident.

We are all looking forward to Sunday. Church, a Huskers victory and the Super Bowl! Haven't decided what I'm cooking yet. 🙂
